Global SCD Stakeholders Data Collection Survey The Sickle Cell Disease Coalition (SCDC)* is an alliance of more than 115 organizations collaborating worldwide to conquer sickle cell. The SCDC is creating a database of SCD organizations working around the world to a) improve tracking of sickle cell partners and activities; and b) more efficiently connect interested individuals with these existing resources and stakeholders. To share your organization's international sickle cell information via this database, please complete this survey. *Please note this survey is NOT an application for SCDC membership .
